The state of Florida currently has 46 active clinical trials seeking participants for Pancreatic Cancer research studies. These trials are conducted in various cities, including Miami, Tampa, Jacksonville and Orlando.
Palbociclib and Binimetinib in RAS-Mutant Cancers, A ComboMATCH Treatment Trial
Recruiting
This phase II ComboMATCH treatment trial evaluates the effectiveness of palbociclib and binimetinib in treating patients with RAS-mutated cancers. Palbociclib and binimetinib are both in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. They work by blocking the action of abnormal proteins that signals cancer cells to multiply. This trial may help researchers understand if giving the combination of palbociclib and binimetinib can help improve the amount of time before the cancer grows in patients... Read More

Study of TNG260 and an Anti-PD Antibody in STK11 Mutated Solid Tumors
Recruiting
The goal of this interventional clinical trial is to learn about TNG260, a CoREST inhibitor, in combination with pembrolizumab in patients with advanced solid tumors with a known STK11 mutation. The main question\[s\] it aims to answer are: * the recommended dose for Phase 2 * to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the combination therapy * to determine the pharmacokinetics of TNG260 * to evaluate the initial antineoplastic activity Participants will receive study treatment until they exp... Testing the Addition of Pembrolizumab, an Immunotherapy Cancer Drug to Olaparib Alone as Therapy for Patients With Pancreatic Cancer That Has Spread With Inherited BRCA Mutations
Recruiting
This phase II trial studies whether adding pembrolizumab to olaparib (standard of care) works better than olaparib alone in treating patients with pancreatic cancer with germline BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutations that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). BRCA1 and BRCA2 are human genes that produce tumor suppressor proteins. These proteins help repair damaged deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and, therefore, play a role in ensuring the stability of each cell's genetic material. When either of t... Read More

Using Radiogenomics to Predict Malignant Potential of Intraductal Papillary Mucinous Neoplasms of the Pancreas
Recruiting
The Florida Pancreas Collaborative wants to partner with individuals who are known to have, or are suspected to have a pancreatic lesion, tumor, cyst, mass, cancer, or pancreatitis and are undergoing diagnosis and treatment at a participating institution. The goals of this project are to build a large database of information obtained from blood, tissue, medical images, surveys and information from routine care to develop noninvasive diagnostic approaches that could be used as decision-making too... BOLD-100 in Combination With FOLFOX for the Treatment of Advanced Solid Tumours
Recruiting
BOLD-100 is an intravenously administered sterile solution containing the ruthenium-based small molecule. BOLD-100 has been shown to preferentially decrease the expression of GRP78 in tumour cells and ER stressed cells when compared to normal cells. BOLD-100 will be combined with cytotoxic FOLFOX chemotherapy in this study, with a dose escalation cohort to ensure tolerability and safety, followed by a cohort expansion phase.

Testing A New Anti-cancer Drug Combination, Entinostat and ZEN003694, for Advanced and Refractory Solid Tumors and Lymphomas
Recruiting
This phase I/II trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of entinostat and ZEN003694 in treating patients with solid tumors or lymphoma that has spread to other places in the body (advanced) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Entinostat may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. It is in a class of drugs called histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor. ZEN003694 is an inhibitor of a family of proteins called the bromodomain and... Read More
